Minimum Track Requirements for running a race meeting in Victoria: Please see attached information.
Northern Park Race Meet Change: Due to the ongoing works at the Northern Park BMX Track the Open meeting scheduled for August the 29th has been transferred to the Shepparton BMX Club. Entries for the race meeting will be available next week. This is another opportunity for all BMX racers to ride at one of the countries top race tracks and I am sure that this will be a meeting that all racers will not want to miss.

Availability of online entry for clubs: Please read the attached information regarding the availability of online entries for clubs.
State Team Coaching: The BMXV State Team will be conducting a coaching clinic for junior riders and sprockets at Wodonga on Saturday July 31st commencing at 2:00 pm. The Border Club open race meeting is the following day. See the attached information.

Entry Form for 2010 BMX Victoria State Titles is now available: Entries are now open for the 2010 VICTORIAN OPEN BMX CHAMPIONSHIPS. The event this year is at the completely re-vamped Frankston BMX Club and runs for three days from Friday 26th to Sunday 28th November.
The event includes on the Saturday the second round of the 2011 Rock Energy Drinks Champbikx/Probikx National Series.
The Entry form for the 2010 VICTORIAN OPEN BMX CHAMPIONSHIPS is available now under 2010 Events.
Online entry will be available from the same source as of mid-August.

Scoring will be by transponder for both the 2010 VICTORIAN OPEN BMX CHAMPIONSHIPS and the Rock Energy Drinks Champbikx/Probikx National Series round 2. Competitors in both events owning their own transponder can obtain a discount on their entry fees.

Victorian Titles 2012: Expressions of interest are now being sought from interested clubs for the 2012 Titles. More information can be found here.
Victorian Race Numbers: All Victorian riders have allocated race numbers. Please check out yours in the list attached on the Administration page and make sure you ride with it.
BMXV 2010 Calendar: Please find attached the BMXV Calendar for 2010.
Working With Children Checks: From 30th June 2009 all volunteers in our sport will need to have passed a Working With Children Check (WWCC), or to have applied for same. It is both a legal requirement and a requirement of our Insurers that all our volunteers and officials have passed their WWCC by 30th June 2010. The time to apply is now. The best place to get information is at the Victorian Government website www.justice.vic.gov.au/workingwithchildren
Three Ride Permit: BMX Australia are now offering a 3 ride permit. This is only available to new riders and allows them three rides at club events, it is only valid for 3 months. The cost is $20 and when upgrading to a club or open licence, they will receive a $30 discount on their membership. Clubs, please read the information on Three Ride Permits for information on processing. See the Forms section for order forms.
