Early Bird’ entries for the DK BICYCLES 2010 VICTORIAN OPEN BMX CHAMPIONSHIPS
A reminder to everyone planning to compete in for the DK Bicycles 2010 Victorian Open BMX Championships, that all entries received by 24th September go into the ‘Early Bird’ draw to win a full refund of your entry fees.
Victorian Schools Cycling Cup: Entry forms are now available by clicking here.
BMX Victoria will be holding a BMX round in this year Victorian School Cycling Cup. This event will take place at the Geelong BMX Track on Sunday the 26th of September. It will be open to Novice and BMXA licenced riders.
Classes offered will be Boys and Girls 8 – 9, 10 – 11, 12 – 13, 14 – 15 and 16 Plus. 20” classes only. Participants must be currently going to school in Victoria. Entry forms will be available in the coming weeks via the BMXV website and CycleSport Victoria will be distributing entry forms to over 700 schools through out Victoria.
This is an exiting event for BMXV to be participating in and is the first of what will be an exciting partnership with CycleSport Victoria.

Northern Park Race Meet Change: Due to the ongoing works at the Northern Park BMX Track the Open meeting scheduled for August the 29th has been transferred to the Shepparton BMX Club. Entries for the race meeting will be available next week. This is another opportunity for all BMX racers to ride at one of the countries top race tracks and I am sure that this will be a meeting that all racers will not want to miss.
